The Wholesome Threads Story
Hi, I’m Rachel, the creator behind Wholesome Threads. I’m 32 years old, part-time registered nurse, and the proud mum of a beautiful little boy with another beautiful baby on the way in May, i have a wonderfully supportive fiancé who helps me keep it all together.
Wholesome Threads came to life after I made some simple rice toss bags for my son’s first birthday. This small project sparked an idea to sew him a pair of overalls. Let’s just say those first overalls were far from perfect! I had no idea what I was doing, and following a pattern seemed impossible. But with encouragement, research, and a lot of trial and error, I discovered a deep love for sewing—and Wholesome Threads was born.
Fast forward just over a year, I’ve learned so much along the way and now have the joy of selling my creations at local markets as well. Each piece I create is a labor of love, and I feel incredibly grateful to see your little ones wearing my work. Thank you for being part of this journey with me!
